La Copa Westchester
La Copa Westchester fue creado en 1876 siendo un desafio entre equipos de los EE.UU. e Inglaterra, en un principio se disputaba al mejor de tres partidos, pero en 1886 se decidió dejarlo en un solo encuentro.
Hubo un total de 12 partidos llevados a cabo entre 1886 y 1939 entre estas dos naciones pioneras de polo siendo la forma en donde ambas naciones se dirimian antiguamente el podio del juego. Durante la segunda guerra mundial dejo de jugarse hasta que fue restablecido en 1992.

Westchester Cup
Founded in 1876, the Westchester Cup was a challenge of the polo teams from the United States and United Kingdom. Initially the best of three matches, it was changed to a single match in 1886.
Between 1886 to 1939, there were a total of twelve games, to be the two pioneering nations in polo to form when both nations historically challenged for the podium. The tournament was reestablished after World War II in 1992.
The Cup has been won a total of eleven times by the United States and six times by Great Britian, including the initial match in 1876.
The last time this tournament was played in the United Kingdom was in 2013 in the Día Internacional de Audi, in place of the Coronation Cup, and in 2009 it was played in the United States.
